Ian C. Klein D.P.M., F.A.C.F.A.O.
Ian C. Klein D. P. M., F.A.C.F.A.O. is a board certified podiatrist in private practice since 1995.
Dr. Klein began his education at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1976. He went on to receive a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine in 1980 from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in New York City. His postdoctoral training included a podiatric surgical residency at Roseland Surgical Center in Roseland, NJ from 1993-1994.
Dr. Klein is affiliated with several hospitals in Saint Petersburg FLA, including Saint Anthony's Hospital, Bayfront Medical Center, Center for Special Surgery, and Physicians Surgery Center at St. Anthony’s. He has been certified with the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics & Primary Podiatric Medicine since August of 1993.
Dr. Klein has many professional society memberships including being a Fellow of the American College of Foot & Ankle Orthopedics & Medicine. He is an Associate of the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine, the American Academy of Electrodynography, the American Diabetes Association, the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Association, the Podiatric Medical Association, and the Podiatric Circulatory Association. For the Podiatric Medical Association he served as President, Treasurer, and Secretary.
Dr. Klein received an award for volunteer work from Saint Paul's Church in Yonkers, NY. He has also participated as a volunteer/participant in the New York Marathon and the March of Dimes Walk-a-thon. Dr. Klein is a member of the New York Road Runners Club, the Kiwannis Club of Mamaroneck, NY, and the American Association of Retired Persons.
