Reduce Pain and Stress with Foot Exercises

strechingPoorly fitting shoes, such as high heels or just worn-out shoes in general, can lead to pain or discomfort in our feet. Pain and discomfort can also be caused by continuous stress on our feet, usually caused by strenuous exercise. To help alleviate these symptoms, there are 5 exercises you can do: tennis ball roll, calf stretch, flexed-feet wall stretch, towel foot stretch, and downward dog pose.
